A. Domestic Shipping-All over Lebanon

When will my order be shipped?
We process and ship out all the orders Monday through Saturday (Holidays not included). Orders will usually be shipped the next business day.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Orders usually take 2-3 business days to arrive to any area in Lebanon.

Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping is offered for all domestic orders 50$+

B. International Shipping

Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely! We currently ship orders from Lebanon to the following countries: KSA, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Jordan, Bahrain, Oman, Iraq, Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria.

Your order may incur additional duties and taxes upon delivery. Duties and taxes depend on your country’s law. Please, note, that KCWW doesn’t have any control over these charges and cannot estimate their amount.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
For all international countries, your package will arrive within approximately 3-7 business days. You will receive tracking information enclosed within your shipping confirmation e-mail.

What payment method do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard. Cash on Delivery is applicable to domestic orders only.

Can I get some samples?
Yes, in fact, you get free samples with every purchase.

I am placing an order as a gift. How can I be sure no prices are shown in the order? 
Do not worry! No prices are shown in any packages we send.

Are the products on KCWW 100% authentic? 
Absolutely! We bring our customers only the highest quality of K-Beauty. All products are KFDA Approved, coming directly from South Korea.

Cancellations, Returns and Damages

Can I change or cancel my order? 
As soon as the payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, it is immediately in the process to be shipped. This unfortunately means, no changes can be made to your order once it is placed. Though you can cancel your order altogether, so you can start fresh.

What is your return policy?
Our policy is that we are happy to accept returns on new, unopened products within 30 days. Please, process your return via this link.
